Welcome
This is my personal homepage
I am assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) at the University of Montpellier (France). I am working at the Faculty of Pharmacy for the teaching part and at the Institut Montpellierain Alexander Grothendieck (IMAG) in the Faculty of Sciences for the research part. My teaching concerns statistics and basics in computer science.
My research concerns statistical models for discrete data: categorical and count data. My work was firstly dedicated to regression models for categorical response, with a focus on the link function. It has been applied in botany (plant architecture), medicine (quality of life) and econometric (travel choice model). Then I started to study multivariate count distributions, used in ecology as joint species distribution models (JSDMs). Polya urn emerge as natural models in neutral theory of biodiversity.
